Creating An Account New Account

In order to make a purchase through the Value Plastics website, you need to have a Value Plastics web account. These accounts are quick to create using the "Create Account" wizard. On every page of the Value Plastics website, there is a green button that helps you with your account, when you click on it, looks like this:

   

There are two options from this window. Click the "Create Account" option to start the account creation wizard. Once the wizard is open there are four steps to creating a new Value Plastics account.

Step 1: Most of the fields in step one are required. Look for the little yellow star next to a field. This means you must enter data in it. If you cannot find the correct country in the country list, this is because Value Plastics requires residents of certain countries to purchase through our Channel Partners. If this is the case, you must order through an approved Value Plastics reseller. Once you have filled out this form completely. Click next.

   

Step 2: Now it is time to enter the address that your orders will be shipped to. On this screen, if the you are in the United States, your city, county, and state have been filled in for you based on your zip code. If more than one city are found for a specific zip code, you can select your city from the city drop down box.  If your email address is already entered in our system, then you will see an error here that lets you know you already have an account with Value Plastics. Once you have filled in your address, click next.

   

Step 3: It is assumed that your billing address is the same as the shipping address you just entered. If this is not the case, simply, uncheck the "Same as Delivery" box, and enter your billing address. You also have an option here of receiving the Value Plastics quarterly newsletter. When you are ready, click finish.

   

Step 4: Once your account is created, you are automatically logged in. You can now click close. You know you are now logged in because your name is now at the top of the window, and the options under the "Your Account" window have changed.

   

Logging In

If you already have a Value Plastics web account, you can log in at any time. If you need a Value Plastics web account you should create a new account.

From any page on the Value Plastics website, you can log in to your account. This will not navigate you away from the page you are on. Simply open the "Your Account" window and click "Log In".

   

Once you click "Log In" you will see the "Log In" dialog box:

   

Fill in your email address and password and click "Log In". You know you are now logged in because your name is now at the top of the window, and the options under the "Your Account" window have changed.
