Tubesetter®: Manual
Designed for rapid assembly of barb to tube connections, the manual Tubesetter unit joins flexible tubing and Value Plastics’ barbed fittings, applying the force necessary to push the tube over the barb. The hand-operated device requires no electricity or pneumatic energy.
Made almost entirely of plastic, the device is easy to clean and suitable for operation in most environments. The Tubesetter assembly tool and Value Plastics' fittings form a system which makes it easy and cost effective to design barbed connectors into any tube set. It’s now easier than ever to assemble higher quality connections. By eliminating almost all manual effort, the use of Tubesetter tools permits larger fittings to be used with given tubing sizes, increasing pressure capabilities, and reduces potential for repetitive stress injuries.
Due to the wide variety of tubing and connection options available, please contact our Sales dept. to arrange for an evaluation of your application before ordering.
