Custom Solutions for Any Problem

Industry InsightsThe aim of the Value Plastics' Design Center is to partner with you, the customer, from the beginning of the design process through to the manufacturing of a finished part.

When "off the shelf" parts just don't give you what you need, we can work with you to build a new part! From a simple sketch, we can determine whether you need a custom part or a modification of an existing part. Our collaborative process helps find the ideal solution, controls costs and gets your device to market quickly and safely.

Who should use the Design Center?
Generally, we find two main groups that take advantage of the expertise and individual attention that we provide through our Design Center:

  • device makers who don't know where to start to get the part they need
  • device makers who know exactly what they need — and need to find the most cost-effective way to get it

Four easy steps
We've designed the process of working with our Design Center experts to be as easy for you as possible to create a cost-effective, custom part.

Step One: Define your product requirements.
Step Two: Call the Design Center for options.
Step Three: Collaborate.
Step Four: Go to market. Your first stop

We find that many of the organizations we work with save money and time by coming to us from the beginning of their process. Our technical and design assistance is complementary, so you have nothing to lose by involving us as soon as possible. That's why we ask that you make us your first stop in the process of going from drawing to product.

We can help you with our expertise in material properties and regulatory compliance, injection molding, general options when it comes to connectors and tubing, along with many other challenges we see every day. There's no need for you to study all the options. We're here with the knowledge to help you right away.
