3D CAD Files Now Available

You probably know that Value Plastics provides two-dimensional part drawings that you can easily download from our Web site. But what happens when you want to know exactly how a part will work in your design?

A three-dimensional CAD file can give you all the details you need for an exact fit. Device designers know that having access to the 3D solid model files for reference in their design process can save them a lot of time and trouble in trying to render the models themselves.

We gladly offer these files to designers as a free service. Simply follow these steps:

1. Determine the parts for which you would like to request solid model CAD files.

2. Download and fill out this request form.

3. Submit the completed form by email to askanengineer@valueplastics.com or fax the form to 970-223-0953.

4. Value Plastics will respond within two U.S. business days and put the request on file so that no further effort is needed to request files in the future.

Value Plastics can provide files in IGES, STP or Parasolid format.
